The kids from the Val des Fées neighborhood refuse to accept fate and take back control of their area. An electrifying rock opera that proves that together, anything is possible. Un Monde Ensemble is a musical explosion mixing orchestral music, singing, slam, percussion, and urban dance. Performed by 150 young people from the neighborhoods of East Nice, this lively show turns the stage into a space of rebellion and hope.

A World Together is a musical fresco created by Magali Thomas and Sergio Monterisi, inspired by life in today's neighborhoods. It's a rock opera mixing a wide variety of genres. Its lyrics draw from urban language, the rhythms of slam and rap, while the music pulls from rock and blues, all while keeping its classical roots. It is being produced as part of the 2025-2026 opera season at the Opéra de Nice, in partnership with OGC Nice and dancers from the Hervé Koubi company. 150 students from priority neighborhoods in East Nice (Aimé Césaire School, Louis Nucera Middle School, as well as several children from the specialized Château School) will be the protagonists on stage for the creation of A World Together, alongside with young soloists from the Black Box experience and music schools in the region, who will perform the main characters.
